Working with the prestigious commercial and retail property developer with extensive operations throughout Hong Kong and mainland China, we helped design an all-in-one digital infrastructure for internal and external functions. From smart HR services, community activities, information sharing, CRM, and privilege and loyalty systems, we helped the Henderson community realise a new level of work-life balance. This was applied across several tier-one cities throughout the territory, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
Working at a much larger scale, this project integrated all aspects of Henderson Land’s property and office building management systems — featuring access control, lift control, work order systems, identification purposes and more.
Our work also allowed Henderson Land to integrate a more sophisticated CRM process to manage the tenant/landlord or client relationship more closely. A customer-facing loyalty app offered a brand new user experience.
Beyond loyalty programmes and member retaining processes, this project also allowed for tracking and analysis of an internal database, useful for human resource management.
Large volumes of customer data could be processed for useful feedback that fuels the company’s operations and business success across very different markets in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
