Mr. Chi Chuen Lai

Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Lai was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Board of the Company on August 2, 2024. He founded and served as an executive director for Tat Fung Textile Co., Ltd (“Tat Fung Textile”) from 2010 to 2019, a textile company in Hong Kong, where he was in charge of the Sales, Research & Development, and Finance departments.

From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Lai served as CFO and General Manager of Panther Textile Holding Co. Ltd, a textile company in China that acquired Tat Fung Textile in 2017. Subsequently, he took on the role of CFO and Head of Investment at Road to Greatness Consultancy Company Limited, a financial investment and business training company, from 2019 to July 2022.

Since June 2022, Mr. Lai has served as Director of Loyalty Global Investment Management and Loyalty Global SPC. He was also a member of the Board of Flywheel Advanced Technology, Inc. (FWFW

US) from July 2021 to March 2023.

Mr. Lai received his bachelor’s degree in science with a major in Textile Chemistry from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996.
