Ms. Cheng was appointed as a director of the Board of the Company on August 2, 2024. She served as Executive Assistant at Cherrybody Fashions Mfy Limited from 2013 to 2018, a Hong Kong company specializing in the production of intimate apparel, sleepwear/nightwear, and swimwear for prestigious international customers, where she was responsible for coordination and operations.
From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Cheng served as Executive Director of Road to Greatness Consultancy Company Limited, a financial investment and business training company. In 2019, she founded Goldman Technology Holdings Limited and has served as its COO since its establishment; this technology company provides energy-saving solutions in Hong Kong.
In 2022, Ms. Cheng founded Protopia Global Holdings Inc. and has been serving as its President and CEO since then. Additionally, she has held the positions of Treasurer and Secretary at Flywheel Advanced Technology, Inc. (FWFWUS) from July 2021 to August 2024.
Ms. Cheng received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kurt Bosch in Switzerland in 2008.
